Our manuscript template is designed to simplify manuscript preparation for authors and is compliant with our manuscript presentation requirements.  It also addresses the common presentation errors that can occasionally contribute to poor peer review outcomes.   The template indicates placement and presentation for common manuscript elements.  It also includes a set of ready-to-use text styles, which authors can modify if they wish.  Use of our template is not mandatory.  This file is supplied in DOC format.

A sample manuscript is also supplied to demonstrate and provide additional suggestions on how the template should be implemented in compliance with our presentation requirements.  This file is supplied in PDF format.

The pre-submission check list provides a short summary of how to prepare and submit your manuscript.  It may be useful for distribution to co-authors or as a reference aid during manuscript preparation.  This file is supplied in PDF format.
