Tom is Libertas Academica's Publisher and CEO.  He holds bachelor's degrees in law and arts—the latter with a double-major in English and history—from the University of Auckland.  He is a published author on subjects related to anti-terrorism legislation and scholarly open access publishing.  He has worked as an editor for academic and professional publications prior to and following graduation for the University of Auckland and Thomson Reuters, and is a member of the editorial board of Learned Publishing, the journal of the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers.  To learn more about Tom visit his LinkedIn and ResearchGate profiles.
