2013 has been another successful year Libteras Academica with over 500 papers published and a further 8 journals being included in PubMed. These accomplishments would not have been made possible without the dedication and commitment of our Editor in Chief’s, Editorial Boards and also our Peer Reviewers.
Maintaining a high standard of publication for all our readers and authors is a key focus for all of our journals. Manuscripts are rigorously reviewed by at least two experts in the field and we aim to have an editorial decision sent to the author within three weeks of submission.
The quality of peer review, speed of submission and publication processes we offer authors are important aims of the journals we publish here at Libertas and these services could not be offered without our expert teams.
We have collected a selection of comments we have received below:
“As a peer reviewer for Libertas Academica, I have the opportunity to support a publisher with a constantly growing reputation in the field of academic journals publishing. LA strongly promotes open access intellectual exchange across the world while maintaining rigorous scientific and professional expectations. High quality is supported by a wide range of excellent reviewers. The online access is straightforward and very user-friendly. I look forward to further reviewing papers for Libertas Academica and also recommend potential authors to submit their work to journals published by LA.” (Dr Pawel Ciborowski, Univeristy of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, USA)
“The submission process for publication in Clinical Medicine Insights: Case Reports is extremely smooth. The editors were very fast in their response and provided detailed instructions about all procedures. They were happy to answer to all our questions. The whole process was fast and efficient. Congratulations to Libertas Academica.” (Dr Konstantinos Farsalinos, Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center, Kallithea, Greece)

Intense Exercise Increases Protein Oxidation in Spleen and LiverThe submission and publishing process was a good experience. During the last few weeks from the submission to publication I have worked with high quality staff. In my opinion, the easy communication was the most important characteristic of Libertas and an important influence on the final quality of the article. I definitely recommend the publisher to my co-workers.
All authors are surveyed after their articles are published. Authors are asked to rate their experience in a variety of areas, and their responses help us to monitor our performance. Presented here are their responses in some key areas. No 'poor' or 'very poor' responses were received; these are represented in the 'other' category.See Our Results
