I recently published a paper with Libertas Academica and was very impressed with their efficiency and customer service. My experience was unique from working with other publishers. First, as soon as you submit an article, a coordinator is assigned to you who offers assistance throughout each step. You may or may not have a question, but if you do, you will receive a response very quickly. This is excellent customer service. Second, they do not nit-pick on formatting issues. Rather than spend hours trying to format your paper, you can spend time focusing on the content and allow Libertas Academica to focus on formatting.   Third, the editors were very helpful focusing on useful comments vs. unhelpful comments by reviewers. Overall, my experience was excellent and I highly recommend using them.
