Libertas is pleased to announce that two journals have been given substantial SCImago rankings.
SCImago journal rankings are obtained by SCImago from Elsevier's Scopus database. They are similar to impact factors in as far as they can be used to assess and analyse journals, but they are not obtained from the data used for impact factors.
They are also not calculated in the same way as impact factors. It should be noted that SCImago calculations are done on the basis of 2009 Scopus data and most Libertas journals are too new to figure meaningfully in that data.
