Faster Processing for Authors' Submissions

Posted Wed, Jan, 26,2011

We are pleased to announce that we have been able to reduce our processing time for submissions to less than three weeks from submission.

Almost all papers will now receive fair and comprehensive peer review and a carefully considered editorial decision by the journal's Editor in Chief or Associate Editor within a maximum of three weeks.

Libertas understands that authors want quick, efficient peer review and editorial decisions without compromising on fairness, quality and comprehensiveness.  We have succeeded in making our back-end systems more efficient without reducing time available for peer reviewers and editors to provide thorough, well-considered evaluations.

How have we done this?  We have made it easier for peer reviewers and editors to interact with our systems quickly by providing consise instructions and user-friendly interfaces.  We also provide timely reminders of forthcoming deadlines.

Many authors and peer reviewers comment on the quality and speed of our systems and fair and comprehensive editorial decisions produced.

What Your Colleagues Say About Libertas Academica

My experience in publishing with Environmental Health Insights was positive from the beginning of the initial manuscript submittal, to the published product. The peer reviewers provided helpful suggestions, while the editorial  and production staff kept me fully informed of the paper's process every step of the way.  I recommend Libertas Academica for anyone that is serious about publishing their research in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
