Dr Helen Hull-Sanders is an Assistant Professor in the Biology Department at Canisius College, where she works on the evolution of plant-insect interactions. Previously she was post-doctoral associate at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Dr Hull-Sanders has an MS in Biology from the University of New Orleans and a PhD in Entomology from Auburn University. She is a member of the Gamma Sigma Delta Agricultural Honor Society and a recipient of the Robert T. Gast Outstanding Presentation Award from the Southeastern Branch of the Entomological Society of America. Dr Hull-Sanders has taught extensively since 1999 at both the undergraduate and graduate level at the University of New Orleans, Auburn University, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Canisius College, including the creation of new courses, developing the curriculum, and assisting other staff.
