Libertas Academica has a live-chat feature especially designed for authors needing instant answers to their publication questions.  The chat feature is monitored throughout the day and you can simply log on and talk with a member of our experienced customer support team.  Everyone at Libertas is also contactable by e-mail and by telephone.  We provide these services to you for any problems, questions, or difficulties you have with any step of the entire production process.

One of the priorities for the Libertas customer support team is to keep authors up-to-date on the status of submissions, and to explain what changes in its status mean.  Any time you are required to take action (e.g. make corrections to typesetting proofs) we will notify you immediately, explain to you what is required, and explain how to do it.  We aim to make the production process run smoothly for authors by sending informative email notifications with clear instructions on how to efficiently advance submissions to the next stage of processing.
