Four Journals Now Indexed in DOAJ Database

Posted Wed, Nov, 05,2014

We have recently had a number of our journals now indexed in the popular DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) database.

The journals have passed through an extensive evaluation process prior to approval. DOAJ has thoroughly evaluated the journal's editorial and production processes and has confirmed that the journal is compliant with an extensive list of criteria.

The journals indexed with DOAJ are;

  • Journal of Genomes and Exomes

  • Healthy Aging & Clinical Care in the Elderly

  • Health Services Insights

  • Journal of Experimental Neuroscience

More information about the evaluation process and the standards that journals must meet for inclusion can be found on the DOAJ website.

What Your Colleagues Say About Libertas Academica
I would like to echo the endorsement of Dr. Yi Hong Zhou of UC Irvine, the corresponding author on our paper in Biomarker Insights.  We found that reviewers provided reviews quickly without sacrificing professionalism.  And overall, we were very happy with our experience with Libertas Academica.
