Deputy Editor in Chief

The deputy editor in chief provides support to the editor in chief on editorial decision-making, and is responsible for editorial-decisions when the editor in chief is unavailable or has declared a conflict of interest.

Francisco R. Breijo Marquez, PhD, MD

Professor Dr. Francisco R. Breijo Marquez holds a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Boston and Hartford in Massachusetts and Connecticut, where he is also a Professor of Clinical & Experimental Cardiology.
 
He is currently the Director of Doctoral Theses on Clinical and Experimental Cardiology at Murcia University, C. S. Abanilla and on voluntary leave as Research Director at both East Boston and Hartford Universities.
 
He is an advisory board member and an editorial board member for several scientific journals. Dr Breijo Marquez also acts as a clinical reviewer for several specialized journals of Cardiology and has published several textbooks, clinical trials and clinical works in his research field.
