Two Journals Accepted for Web of Science Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)

Posted Tue, Nov, 10,2015

We are pleased to announce that Air, Soil and Water Research and Breast Cancer: Basic and Clinical Research have been accepted for inclusion in Thomson Reuters’ index Web of Science Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI).  This means that articles published in the journals will be searchable, discoverable and citable in Web of Science.

ESCI is a new service provided by Thomson Reuters intended to offer a broader focus than existing SCIE, SSCI and AHCI indexes.  ESCI enhances the depth of publications in Web of Science to include high-quality, peer reviewed publications of regional importance and in emerging scientific fields.  ESCI will make additional content of importance to funders, opinion leaders, and evaluators visible in Web of Science.

ESCI is to be launched in November 2015.  To learn more about it download the Thomson Reuters fact sheet here.

What Your Colleagues Say About Libertas Academica
I found the submission management system for Evolutionary Bioinformatics to be one of the most user-friendly around. The peer review was very rigorous and constructive. Support staff were polite and furnished accurate information almost instantly. I strongly recommend other scientists to consider this journal.
